NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Farr West City
will hold four Public Hearings on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at the City Hall.
The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the first public hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative
body to consider the request of a re-zone of the John Cardon property located at 1645 West Farr West Drive, parcel number 15-003-0027, from the R-1-15 and A-1 zones to the R-1-15 zone
The purpose of the second public hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider amending the R-1-15 Residential Zone ordinance in the Farr West Municipal Code
The purpose of the third public hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider amendments to the M-1 zone ordinance in the Farr West Municipal Code
The purpose of the fourth public hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to amend Chapter 16.32 Street Lights in the Farr West Municipal Code
All interested residents are invited to attend.
