The Pleasant View Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, September 21, 2017 in the City office located at 520 West Elberta Dr., beginning at 6:00 P.M. to consider a proposed preliminary plat for the Jensen Estates Phase 2 subdivision. The subdivision will contain seven residential lots with a larger lot remaining for potential development of an elementary school. The property is located at approximately 950 W and 3200 N.
