Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of Pleasant View City will hold a public meeting in the Council Chambers at the Pleasant View City Offices, 520 West Elberta Drive, on Monday, October 16, 2017 at 5:30 PM.

A. Approval of the Agenda

B. Discussion/Decision - Variance request brought on behalf of Carson Jones of Blackburn Jones REI for Lots 18, 19, 20, and 21. The request is for a variance to Section 18.10.050 requiring 30' front yard setbacks and allowing 20' front yard setbacks for those lots.
