2. DISCUSSION/ACTION on final site plan for Thoroughbred Crossing 23-lot subdivision located east of Thoroughbred Meadows Subdivision including access on Larsen Lane.
3. DISCUSSION/ACTION on establishing a policy that site plans needing the city engineer's review and recommendation must be into the city engineer's office no later than ten days prior to the regular planning commission meeting date.
