We want to wish Sharon Zundel a Happy Retirement. She has worked for the Box Elder County Bookmobile for many years and opened the Library to the Willard residents! Beginning in January the new hours are Monday from 9am-5pm and Wednesday from 12pm-5pm. There are also online ebook options at https://utahsonlinelibrary.overdrive.com/ you will need your library card number. Read a book today!

Opening for Specialized VAWA Detective
The Willard City Police Department is accepting applications for a Part-time Specialized VAWA Detective. The Specialized VAWA Detective will perform a wide range of detective duties and/or follow-up on domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, elder abuse and stalking cases. The selection steps may include a written test, oral interviews, and a physical fitness test. The successful candidate must pass a stringent background check and pre-employment drug screening. This is a grant-funded position, from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 and duration will be determined in part by the continuation of grant funding. Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with some nights and weekends and/or when cases are needed.
