NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Farr West City
will hold two Public Hearings on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at the City Hall.
The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the first public hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative
body to consider the request of a re-zone of the Derrick Oman property located at 1980 North 2000 West, parcel number 19-040-0055, from the R-1-15 Zone to the C-2 Commercial Zone
The purpose of the second public hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider approval of the amended Title 15 and 16 of the Farr West City Municipal Code: Buildings and Construction 15.04.020, Additional Requirements; 16.24.030, Final Plat Requirements
