The PTA wanted me to send out the following info:
As the year ends and we finalize the earnings/donations for the kids this year, we are excited to let you know that we need to amend the PTA budget for the field trip grant to the school from $7,000 to $12,000.
By the end of May we will have granted the school a little under $14,000. Thank you for all you help and support and for such a great year.
We look forward to being able to having another amazing Fall Carnival next year for our fund raiser and hope to be able to donate even more to our kids
