Bees Baseball Friday March 28, 2014 - Box Elder 8, Logan 3: At Brigham City, DJ Larsen pitched five innings to lead Box Elder to an 8-3 win over Logan. Box Elder pitchers scattered seven hits.
"He's very inexperienced as a varsity pitcher still, but he pitched a solid game," Box Elder coach Brent Hubbard said about DJ Larsen. The Bees produced 12 hits with each of the starting lineup hitting at least one.

Bees Softball team - Box Elder 5, Fremont 1: At Brigham City, Sadie Blacker went 4-for-4 with a double and two runs scored, and Box Elder avenged an early-season loss to Fremont with a 5-1 victory Friday.
Fremont defeated Box Elder 6-1 on March 12. "They've been working really hard on their defense," Box Elder coach Mandy Hodgson said. "And they've been working on team hitting. 'You get on, I get on' and we just kind of bat them around. We're not waiting for that one big hit. Everybody's just trying to do their job." Abbey Martin pitched a complete game for Box Elder and went 2-for-3 with a double at the plate. Kylie Jeffs also registered a double for the Bees.
