Two waste containers will be located at the main park—one for garbage and the other for green waste. No hazardous materials or waste or construction debris will be accepted.

From Mayor Richins:
“Another great Harrisville Heritage Days celebration has come and gone. This year we introduced some new events and brought back some former events. We brought back the morning breakfast, which was a hit, in my opinion. Many of the members of the Planning Commission and their spouses helped cook and serve. Thank you to those who helped in that event. We had exceptional entertainment in the evening, culminating in the traditional fireworks display. I appreciate all the Harrisville City staff and volunteers who made this year’s celebration a success!”
