Tax Modernization and Revenue Restructure Town Hall Meetings Start Tuesday, June 25

As new tax reform comes into play, the Chamber of Commerce is aware of the major impact it could have on our local businesses. We are asking for business owners to attend our town hall meeting taking place on Tuesday, June 25 starting at 7:00 p.m. We would like you to come and share your views, questions and opinions with the legislators.
We've been waiting all year for this! The Farmer's Market is finally here! The opening day will be Saturday, June 22. The market will be open every Saturday through September 28th from 4 p.m.-8 p.m.
We're getting things ready for this year's Box Elder County Fair. We may be a little biased, but we think we are going to have the best fair seats in all of Utah! The fair will be held August 17-24. Come join in the fun! We hope you're as excited as we are!
The booster rockets that propelled the space shuttle Columbia into space on April 12, 1981 were designed and manufactured in Box Elder County, Utah. The program began in 1972, and its final flight on July 8, 2011 was described as both inspiring and captivating.
In the 1920s, due to the loss of marshes and huge bird die-offs from botulism, local individuals and organizations urged Congress to protect this valuable resource in Northern Utah, and in 1928, the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge was created.
