• If your student(s) owes a fee, fine or has an overdue lunch balance, these accounts must be settled before Wednesday, May 25, 2016.
• Beginning Monday, May 23, 2016, lunches will NOT be charged to students without specific approval from parents.
o Students will be asked to come to the office to call parents for permission to charge before a lunch is provided/charged.
o For each day that a student does not have funds, a slip must be obtained from the office allowing them to charge lunch.
o NOTE: Students are advised of zero balances or overdue accounts daily as they go through the lunch line. This information is also available on the Portal.
• All fees, fines or overdue lunch accounts that are not paid by Thursday, May 26, will be sent for collection. Please call the school if you need to make special arrangements to pay these accounts.
• Payments may be made at the main office—or in this case, we will accept payment by phone.
