Disposal of Unclaimed Property
The Harrisville Police Department is in possession of numerous unclaimed bicycles and other personal property that has been turned over to the city as found property, or held for safekeeping. In accordance with UCA 77-24a-5 and Harrisville City Ordinance Chapter 5.14 all property not claimed by the rightful owner by the closed of business on September 26, 2016 will be disposed of in accordance with Department policy.
