The food drive was very successful in collecting 52,400 pounds of food which was collected and transported to the Ogden Rescue Mission. Only four teams in the entire country competed in the Dicks’ Sporting Goods High School Tournament for girls’ basketball. Fremont was ranked 3rd, with Riverdale Baptist from Maryland as the top seed, and Miami and Edgewater from Florida as the 2nd and 4th ranked teams, respectively.
