The zoo was a great field trip, all of our students loved it and our staff too!! The parents that came along with us had a great time and did a wonderful job supervising and interacting with the students they were assigned to. Thank you so much to our PTC (Formerly PTA) for helping us make this dream opportunity come true for our students!! Our new curriculum in reading this year is National Geographic. This includes pictures of real world animals and places. How neat for our students to have observed the animals they will be reading about. 

We're looking for some volunteers to come spend the day with us on Tuesday, October 31 helping with Reality Town. Reality Town is a fun activity where our 9th graders are given real-life scenarios and get to figure out what it's like to be an adult. If you're interested, please call Hillery in the counseling office at 435-734-4884. Thank you!!

The Drive Smart Digital Short Contest, is OPEN.

Students can enter a digital short educating others about the dangers of driving distracted for a chance to win a $10,000 scholarship!

Karen Cronin Running for Mayor

I am running for re-election for Mayor to continue to serve and support the community. I will continue to conservatively manage valuable resources and work together with council members, staff, and hundreds of volunteers to provide critical services such police protection, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), clean and ample water supply, garbage and sewer collection, maintained streets, multi-use parks and green spaces, and preserve a sense of community to ensure that both now and in the future Perry is the Perfect Place to Call Home!
