The scaled-back Medicaid expansion plan from lawmakers to supplant Prop. 3 depends wholly on the state securing waivers from the Trump administration. If they can't get those waivers, then all Medicaid eligibility granted from the expansion efforts would be taken away.
Utah State Senate to Recognize Navajo Code Talkers

Senate Minority Assistant Whip Jani Iwamoto is sponsoring SCR 2, Concurrent Resolution Recognizing Navajo Code Talkers, to recognize and honor the Navajo Code Talkers’ legacy for their extraordinary contribution to the nation. The resolution also designates August 14, 2019 as Navajo Code Talkers Day in the state of Utah.
