The United Utah Party Opposes Changing New Voter Privacy Law
SALT LAKE CITY -- UT On September 18, 2019, both the Republican and Democratic Party chairs testified at the legislature against a new voter privacy law, urging its reversal. The United Utah Party opposes any efforts to change the law, which would prevent voters from keeping their voter registration data private.
"As a political party, we believe the privacy of voters should take precedence over partisan interests," said Richard Davis, United Utah Party chair.
