To celebrate the upcoming theatrical release of Marvel® Avengers: Endgame, kids are invited to a special super hero event at local JCPenney stores this Saturday, April 13. Kids are encouraged to attend dressed as their favorite super hero to decorate a Marvel Avengers cinch bag (pictures below).

Prices in the West Region, as measured by the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U), advanced 0.4 percent in March, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today. The March increase was influenced by higher prices for shelter and gasoline.

Over the last 12 months, the CPI-U advanced 2.4 percent.  Energy prices declined 0.6 percent, largely the result of lower prices for gasoline. The index for all items less food and energy increased 2.7 percent over the year.
