CHILDREN’S BOOKS NEEDED!
The Wahlquist Spanish Department would like to say a great big “¡GRACIAS!” to everyone who participated in our calendar fundraiser! It’s been quite a success! Proceeds will be used to provide clothing and books to young students at Dee Elementary School. We truly appreciate the great effort of our students and the outstanding support of our parents!
As we move into December, we’d like to remind you that the coat, clothing, and book drive is now in full swing. In keeping with Wahlquist Spanish Department’s long-standing tradition with Dee Elementary School, we’re collecting books and warm clothing to donate to these students. Consider donating any warm clothing (especially winter coats!) that are still in good condition but no longer needed. We will be delivering these things along with other purchased items to children in need just before the Christmas break!
Please send any donated items to school with your student by Friday, December 11, 2015.
