Notice is hereby given that the Box Elder County/Willard City Flood Control and Special Drainage District will hold its regular business and Budget hearing meeting at 7:30 PM, December 11, 2019 at the Willard City Offices, 80 West 50 South, Willard, Utah. The Budget Hearing will start at 8:00 PM The Public is invited.

o Cleaning, and future maintenance of Detention, and Debris Basins.
o 200 West and 500 South in Willard.
o Division of duties for Flood Control.

o Willard View Estates & Annie's Landing
Budget: Approval for 2020 Budget (8:00 PM)
- Transfer from General fund to Capital Improvements.
- Impact Fees- Transfer to replace general fund for what was paid for the GIS Mapping.
- Bills (Jones and Associates, Savanna Hancey)
