Author Jennifer Lopez pens new guide to relationship red flags

Self-improvement book aids women in recognizing warning signs in potential romantic partners

HELPER, Utah – The new self-improvement book “It Might Be a Red Flag If…: A Humorous and Inspirational Guide to Dating” (published by Archway Publishing) from author Jennifer Lopez is a light-hearted guide to help women recognize “red flags” before or during a relationship. Lopez says her book will have readers laughing out loud, leaving them with a new and improved outlook on the “single life.”

The book provides various examples of potential relationship “red flags,” including such scenarios as a man’s online profile picture being a mug shot, never being allowed inside a date’s living quarters and a man telling a woman he loves her on the first date. Lopez’s book shows how and why these warning signs often go unnoticed in a relationship, going further to address the reasons why many women stay with men that are wrong for them.

“The book is a humorous and sometimes serious look into dating in the 21st century,” Lopez says. “The Internet and social media have taken dating to an entirely new level. Things aren’t always as they appear online.”
