Farr West 8th Ward: The Young Women and Young Men had their mutual activity at Temple Square in Salt Lake to view the lights and went through the Visitors Center. They carpooled down to see the beautiful light display on the Temple grounds. Everyone was excited and full of holiday cheer.

Farr West 7th Ward held the first ever "Cocoa & Cookies for a Cause!" The ward has adopted a few families in the area to use the money that was raised.  The turnout was great and they had a lot of support by raising over $1,000. The heartfelt message Karah Costley sent to all was: “We feel so blessed to live near such kind and generous people!”

Farr West 2nd Ward:  Brad and Tammy Hunt have blessed the lives of strangers for 36 years through their “Miracle of Christmas” live Nativity. This year they were invited to present their nativity at the Holiday Festival at the Golden Spike Fair Grounds Dec 4-8. Their son Dallin and his sweet wife, Carrisa, are expecting their first child (it's a boy) in January. On November 8th, Dallin was in a terrible horse accident that put him into a coma and he later died. Dallin and Carrisa were going to be playing the parts of Mary and Joseph this year. The family went forward with their production in memory of Dallin.  It was beautiful, and gave you the true meaning of Christmas.
