Fremont jumped out to a quick lead in the seesaw battle in the 1st half that ended up tied 25-25. The Silverwolves played hard but came up a little short in the final game before Christmas. Saxton Morby led all scorers with 19 points and Baylor Harrop and Zach Taylor each had 14 points.

Fremont gradually increased their lead as the game went on at Clearfield for the region opener. Fremont faced multiple defenses that the Falcons used but none seemed to slow them down as they scored 61 points and won on the road. The Silverwolves were led by senior Saxton Morby with 19. Zach Taylor and Cade Hadley finished with 12 and 9 points respectively.

In the final pre-season game before region play begins Fremont battled American Fork. AF jumped out to a 13 point lead only to see the Silverwolves fight back and get within 3 points with 5 minutes to go in the game. Fremont was led by junior center Zach Taylor with 23 points and Saxton Morby chipped in 18 points for the home team. Next up, at Clearfield High School for the region opener
