If your baking abilities far outweigh your gardening skills, bake a beautiful flower cookie bouquet using easy-to-use embossing designs for creative cookies.

Whether you serve them at a party or give them as a gift to someone special, everyone will love these charming floral cookie pops. They are perfect for anytime — gift individual cookies to your coworkers, present a bouquet to the organizer of the block party, cheer up a sick friend or provide them as treats and favors for a bridal shower. The recipients will think you spent hours on the treats, but only you will know how easy it was.

Try these tips from Wilton to make your cookie bouquet special:

Give fondant a try: Rolled fondant is easy to use and tastier than ever. Just roll it out like pie crust or cookie dough, cut it with a cutter and apply to cookies using buttercream icing.

Make a great impression: Using the round cutter and food-safe embossing set, you can use the mini embossers in a variety of different ways for hundreds of designs.

Paint makes it prettier: It’s so easy to add colorful accents to the embossed designs using Pearl Dust edible accents. Since you’re basically filling in impressions rather than free-hand painting, you don’t need to be an artist to get great results.

How to Make an Embossed Fondant Cookie Bouquet:

  1. Bake Cookies: Use round pops cookie pan to bake perfectly shaped cookie pops.
  1. Prepare and Cut Fondant: Knead fondant and tint with icing color, if desired. Allow about one ounce of fondant per cookie. Roll fondant to 1/8-inch thick, then cut using cutter that fits the top of the cookie.
  1. Emboss Fondant: Determine your design by combining different embossers from the fondant embosser set. Press embossers into cut-out fondant. Don’t fret if the pattern doesn’t look like you want it to, just ball it up and roll out again.
  1. Paint Fondant: Use food-safe brushes to paint designs with a mixture of equal amounts of Pearl Dust edible accents and pure lemon extract, filling in recessed areas. Attach fondant circles to cookies with buttercream icing.
