Easy Beef Stroganoff

1 or 2 cups leftover Diced roast beef (or thinly sliced steak strips, or 1 can of beef like Cosco sells)

1 can cream of mushroom soup

½ cup beef broth

About ½ cup sour cream

½ Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

1 package noodles (I like bowtie noodles or fettuccine the best)

*optional:  diced onions, diced mushrooms, and/or diced celery

(I love this most with lots of onions and mushrooms.  Boy, will your kitchen smell amazing!)

Start by sautéing diced veggies in 2 T olive oil until they are caramelized.  (Mmmmm). Add soup, broth if you have it, and Worcestershire and heat until warm.  Add meat and heat until warmed through.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Stir in sour cream right before serving.  Serve over noodles, cooked according to package directions.
