Holiday Retirement’s The Harrison Regent receives SeniorAdvisor.com ‘Best of 2018 Award’

Local senior living community recognized as top one percent of senior care providers in the country

Ogden, Utah (Dec. 15, 2017) — Holiday Retirement’s The Harrison Regent was recently recognized by SeniorAdvisor.com as part of the ‘Best of 2018 Awards.’ SeniorAdvisor.com, the largest ratings and reviews site for senior care and services, honored the independent senior living community for receiving consistently high ratings from residents and their families throughout 2017.

“At Holiday Retirement’s The Harrison Regent, the team is passionate about serving seniors and their families — it’s not just a job, it’s a calling,” said Lilly Donohue, CEO of Holiday Retirement. “I am incredibly proud of the dedicated team members and their compassion for our residents that contributed to the prestigious SeniorAdvisor.com recognition this year.”

The Best of 2018 Award qualifications included much stricter standards than previous years. Senior living communities had to meet two important criteria: 1) maintain an average overall rating of at least 4.5 stars; and 2) have received four or more reviews in 2017.

This is the third year The Harrison Regent has received a ‘Best of Award’ from SeniorAdvisor.com.

“Congratulations to Holiday Retirement and its 87 communities recognized in the ‘Best of 2018 Awards',” said Eric Seifert, president and COO of SeniorAdvisor.com. “As the award program enters its fifth year of honoring the top family rated communities and care providers, we are proud to say that the bar has been raised. Each year we are more and more impressed with the quality of winners and honored to highlight all the great work they do.”

SeniorAdvisor.com provides easily accessible resources and information to help families educate themselves about senior living options and make informed decisions about senior care.

and would enjoy having a drink with the ghost of Janis Joplin" - New York Scene Report

December 15, 2017 - Boston, MA - Sibling blues-rockers Jocelyn & Chris Arndt have propelled into the Billboard AAA Top 40 Radio Charts with their latest single, the dark and brooding "Red Stops Traffic." The song debuted at #37 earlier this week, amongst hit artists including The Killers, Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings, Kings Of Leon, Walk The Moon, and more. Fans can check out the recently released video for "Red Stops Traffic," here: https://youtu.be/3N5iqxETalg

On charting in the Top 40, Jocelyn Arndt shares: "It's been an amazing year for us. You pour your heart and soul into an album and put it out there into the world, never really knowing what's going to happen. But with "Go," we really felt like we had something. The album first started to take off on the Jamband Top 30 (all the way to #2!), and we really started to believe in what we'd made. But we really weren't prepared for this. I mean, Billboard Top 40? Up there right next to our musical heroes?! It's unreal, and it means more than we can say. What a way to round out a great year."

Siblings Jocelyn & Chris Arndt are developing an authentic retro-rock style that gives the sounds they grew up on a millennial twist. They've recorded five releases with guest players including G. Love, Gov't Mule's Danny Louis, Beau Sasser of Kung Fu, and legendary session players Alvin Moody, David Baron, and Ilya Toshinsky.

In April, Bridge Road Entertainment released Go, Jocelyn & Chris' second full-length studio album.  Go remained at #2 on The Relix Jambands Top 30 Album Chart for 3 consecutive months.  The first two singles from the album were Billboard's #5 and #4 Most Added Triple A Radio Singles in the US, topping out at #64 and #63 on The FMQB Triple A charts nationally.

Together with their band, Jocelyn & Chris have logged performances across the country, including stops at The Sundance Film Festival, SXSW, CMJ, and Milwaukee Summerfest, where they won the audience vote for "Best Band" on the emerging artist stage. Theyʼve played hallowed stages like The Birchmere, The Viper Room, and The Bitter End. Theyʼve provided direct support for Vertical Horizon, Little Feat, Marc Cohn, The Gin Blossoms, and many others.

Five releases. Four years touring the country. Airplay on over 200 radio stations nationwide. Two Harvard degrees (well, almost - just give Chris eight more months). No sleep. Countless broken strings. One dream, thirteen years in the making.
