Governor orders flags at half staff in
honor of President Abraham Lincoln
SALT LAKE CITY— Gov. Gary R. Herbert has authorized the lowering of the flags of the United States of America and the State of Utah in honor of President Abraham Lincoln. A proclamation entitled, “Day of Remembrance for President Abraham Lincoln” directs the flags to be lowered to half-staff on Wed., April 15, 2015.
The flags will be flown at half-staff at all state facilities from sunrise through sunset on Wed., April 15, 2015.
