Governor to sign civil liberties bill with faith leaders

 

What: Gov. Gary R. Herbert will ceremoniously sign S.C.R. 6, Concurrent Resolution on Guarding the Civil Liberties and Freedoms for All American People. More than 70 religious and community leaders will join the governor for the event, and the Bulbuli Children’s Choir will perform.
