Tarzan was presented by Weber High’s production company and directed by Mr. Daniels. Tarzan, the stage musical based on the Disney film, was a perfect choice for their play. The teamwork and hard work for all these young actors didn’t go unnoticed by the audience.

This is a story of an orphaned boy raised by gorillas, and his journey to become a man, as he discovers what it means to be part of a family.

The gorilla family, at times, would even interact with the audience as gorillas, jumping over seats and picking through people hair for “termites.” The students stayed in character as they walked & crawled around visiting with the audience during intermission.

This production had acrobatics and aerial routines involved that amazed the audience. With the acrobatics there was teamwork displayed with making sure the next cast member would have what was needed to do the next scene.
