Don’t miss the premiere annual holiday kick-off event in Ogden—the Weber School Foundation Christmas Tree Jubilee! The Weber Foundation seeks to help the more than 30,000 children that are enrolled in the Weber School District.
The Jubilee is set for November 21-25, 2016 at the Ogden Eccles Conference Center,
2415 Washington Blvd. Ogden, Utah.
Since 1980, the Christmas Tree Jubilee has raised millions of dollars to support children in Weber County, particularly those with special needs. In 2014, my daughter, Karina and I, along with our good friends: Teresa Meyers, Emi Schofield and Melissa Richey, all collaborated to decorate a tree on behalf of Pioneer Elementary School. This tree had a theme: “A Homespun Christmas.” It was adorned with homemade crocheted ornaments including little stockings, gingerbread men, snowflakes and snowmen. Everyone shared their talents with the creation of the Christmas tree. It was a wonderful experience for all!
