In the championship game of the Dixie Sunshine tournament fremont came up short to Springville 4-0. Jestin Schickel was fantastic on the mound, but offense could never get things going.

Fremont bats woke up it the 6th, sparked by Brennan Roundy, and beat Dixie 8-6. Kyler Bush pitched 5 strong innings in the no decision and Cade Hadley picked up the win
