Attorney Jeffrey Jones Named to Board of Directors of World Services Group
SALT LAKE CITY, October 20, 2015 – Attorney Jeffrey M. Jones was recently elected to the Board of Directors of World Services Group (WSG), a global network of professional business services firms with more than 140 member firms representing more than 19,000 professionals worldwide. Elections took place at the 14th Annual Meeting held in New York City last month. WSG Members operate in more than 135 countries and throughout the U.S.
Jones is a founding partner of the law firm Durham Jones & Pinegar, the fourth largest Utah-based law firm with offices in Salt Lake City, Lehi, St. George, Ogden, and Las Vegas. The firm was selected as WSG’s sole Utah representative in November 2011. Previously, Jones served on the North America Regional Council of the WSG.
His practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and financing transactions, and other business law matters.
