Maybe this is a response to our scientific poll that showed 60% of Utahns support delaying implementation of SB54 once they understood that political parties may not have enough time to comply. I wonder if they did a scientific poll, got the same results we did and decided to use the "Insider Poll" route on UtahPolicy.com to engineer the results that they need.
