Parents,
Due to the short time frame for responses, we have extended the due date for the choir DVD orders. If you would like either a DVD or electronic version of the Christmas and/or Spring concerts, please complete the attached order form and email to lynnymaeproductions@comcast.net.
DVDs can be picked up Friday, May 25, between 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. in front of the school. If you would like a DVD and cannot pick up at that time, please contact Lisa Mann at 801-726-1297 to make arrangements.
