City Council Approves Playground Revitalization.

Councilman Bruce Richins presented a proposal by Game Time to replace and re-vitalize the playground at the Harrisville City Park which is in need of repair. Also, the City Council discussed that the City has the money available to do it now. The Nov. 10 decision starts the process for construction this winter.
