Local Citizens Group Support Getting Out of Obamacare
(Say they support the Constitution by Removing Utah from Unconstitutional Obamacare)
Obamacare, if allowed to continue taking effect in Utah, will start having major effects on health insurance prices by the end of this year – especially in the individual/family market, according to Todd Erickson, of Heiner’s Insurance Center of Ogden. For this reason, and in support of the Constitution by getting Utah out of Obamacare, local members of the Freedom Coalition and the coalition to nullify Obamacare are supporting legislation sponsored by Representative Lee Perry currently moving in the State Legislature that will remove Utah from under Obamacare.
The Utah Legislature is considering local legislator, Representative Lee Perry’s sponsored bill (2013FL1029) as well as Representative Dan McCay’s sponsored HB0364 bill, and Representative Jacob Anderegg’s sponsored HR 003 bill.
