Utah’s first Operational Excellence Conference

 

What: 

Gov. Gary R. Herbert presents the inaugural Utah Ops Conference. The conference will provide professionals with the excellence tools, strategies, and techniques used across government operations to improve operational efficiencies and performance. It will teach policy leaders and the public to increase capacity to do more good, eliminate waste in processes and create more value for the taxpayers through the fundamentals of the SUCCESS Framework. It is open to professionals in the private and public sectors that seek opportunities to have a greater impact on the performance of their organization.
