If you drink any Coca-Cola products, those codes on the cap of your favorite drink are worth money through a program called Coca-Cala Give which you can redeem for our school just like Box Tops.  You just need the cap and the following website to redeem

 ================

Mark Daniels at WHS asked if we would send this opportunity out to our parents if you are interested. See the information below and attached documents.

For years, the circus has inspired children the world over, offering a glimpse of something greater, pushing spectators to the edge of wonder. This is why we got involved in circus arts, and why we'd like to give your students the opportunity to do the same.

Starfish Circus is a chance for your students to become involved in a life-changing experience. About 120 students will be cast in an original, safe, and exhilarating circus show—that rehearses for just two weeks.

Our highly trained coaches work with small groups of students exploring 21st-Century Skills (Collaboration, Communication, Critical Thinking, Creativity) through circus arts. The Starfish Circus method teaches students to break down a seemingly-unattainable goal into achievable steps, allowing mastery of core skills quickly and safely.

High school and junior high students learn acts in aerial silk, hoop, acrobatics, comedy, and hula-hooping. Elementary-age Midway Kids sample two or more different skills. And very young learners are our comedic and acrobatic “lions.”

We’ve seen so many students walk away with a sense of accomplishment lasting far beyond the final curtain call, and we would love to share our passion with your students.
