North Ogden - North Ogden 12th Ward Young Women had a Girls Camp fundraiser dinner on January 17th. It was a success! The girls did a great job and we had great support from ward members.
North Ogden 1st Ward Relief Society had a fun filled night February 10 with tying of quilts to kick off their humanitarian project for the year. An added bonus was the yummy chocolate buffet. Everyone came to tie the quilts and share all the yummy treats everyone brought.
St. James the Just Catholic Church has started up their Women’s Group. They have started a virtue study using Fr. Robert Barron’s DVD, “Seven Deadly Sins, and Seven Lively Virtues.” They meet every other Tuesday evening (meetings started February 24).
St James Boy Scouts Troop 293 is holding their 3rd Annual Spaghetti Dinner on Saturday, March 14th. Purchase your tickets in advance and receive a discount: $8 for teens and adults ages 13 and over; $4 for ages 6-12; children five and under are free, or a family of 6 for $20. Proceeds will help send Troop 293 boys to Scout Camp and support the Friends of Scouting mission.
