TRICARE, Operation Live Well and Military OneSource are hosting a webinar to provide TRICARE beneficiaries and the military community at-large with tools to manage and eliminate excess stress. The webinar will take place on Wednesday, January 7, 2015, from Noon – 1:00 p.m. EST.

Stress, defined as the brain's response to any demand, is something we all feel. Some people may cope with stress more effectively or recover from stressful events quicker than others. It's important to know your limits when it comes to stress to avoid more serious health effects.
The speaker for this event is CAPT Sal Aguilera. CAPT Aguilera currently serves as the Department Chief of Pastoral Care at Walter Reed National Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. Before this, CAPT Aguilera held multiple assignments, including duty at Headquarters Battalion, Headquarters Marine Corps; United States Naval Forces Central Command/Fifth Fleet Bahrain, Manama; Navy Region Hawaii; Naval Surface Group Middle Pacific and Seventh Fleet Command, Yokosuka, Japan. CAPT Aguilera has earned multiple Legion of Merit awards, Meritorious Service Medals, Achievement Medals and more.
