Gov. Gary R. Herbert will present his state budget proposal for FY 2017. New consensus revenue numbers reported yesterday show Utah’s growing and diverse economy gives Utah an opportunity to invest. Gov. Herbert’s budget recommendations demonstrate a strong continued focus on education.
