NOTICE: The preliminary injunction hearing has been rescheduled to 10 AM.
As you may be aware, the Utah Republican Party has requested a preliminary injunction against SB 54 (the compromise between the state legislature and Count My Vote). If granted, the injunction would effectively delay the implementation of SB54 until the law's constitutionality is settled in federal court.
The injunction hearing for the SB54 Legal Challenge is scheduled for tomorrow April 10th, at 10 AM.
The hearing will be held at the Utah Federal District Court House located at 351 SW Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101 in Room 3.100.
