NORTH OGDEN CITY
PUBLIC HEARINGS
The North Ogden City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah.
The hearing will be held to determine if a variance to 12-1-12 the North Ogden Subdivision ordinance to not apply the block length standard found in 12-6-3 (4) (b) for preliminary approval for the Ward Farms subdivision located at approximately 900 East and 1900 North. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. For further information contact Rob Scott, City Planner at (801) 737-9841.
Prior to the public hearing the North Ogden City Planning Commission will consider this matter on August 19, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers and make a recommendation to the City Council.
