Notice of Intent
In accordance with Utah Code 11-36a-501, Harrisville City hereby gives notice of intent to prepare or amend its Impact Fee Facilities Plans (IFFP). The geographic area where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located constitutes the entire municipal boundaries of Harrisville City, Utah. In accordance with Utah Code 11-36a-503, Harrisville City gives notice of preparation of an Impact Fee Analysis (IFA).
