PERRY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA
The Perry Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on the Thursday identified above,
starting at approximately 7:45 p.m., in the City Council Room, at 3005 South 1200 West in Perry.
Agenda items may vary depending on length of discussion, cancellation of scheduled items, or
agenda alteration. Numbers and/or times are estimates of when agenda items will be discussed. Action on public hearing(s) will always be later in the same meeting or at a subsequent meeting. Every agenda item shall be a discussion and/or action item, unless otherwise indicated.

Approx. 6:00 p.m.-Land Use Training for Planning Commissioners at the County Road Shed in Tremonton (5730 W. 8800 N.)

A. Public Hearing Regarding an Application to amend the zoning map to change a portion of Parcel No. 02-037-0048 (comprising 3.98 Acres), on the northeast corner of 1200 West and 3600 South, from ?C? Commercial Zoning to ?R 1/3? Residential Zoning; and an Application to subdivide the same Parcel No. 02-037-0048 into 7 residential lots (of approx. 1/3 acre each, if rezoned to R 1/3) and 1 commercial lot (with multiple storage units, to remain in the C Zone)

3. Land Use Applications (Administrative Action)
Rules: (1) Documentation must be submitted to planning staff 2 weeks in advance. (2) The applicant or a representative must be present for action to be taken.
