Instructor Jill Sjoblom will offer Basic and Twilight Yoga at the Eccles Community Art Center, 2580 Jefferson Avenue, Ogden on Thursday evenings March 13, 27 April 10 and 24, 2014. Both are based on BKS Iyengar tradition. Basic is offered from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. It is the perfect class for beginners or those that have some basic yoga knowledge. Twilight is held from 6:45 to 7:45. It is not a beginning class. It is for those that are familiar with poses and need minimal instruction.
