On Tuesday night, January 16th, 2018 North Ogden Mayor, Brent Taylor, held an open house to bid farewell to his fellow residents of North Ogden as well as many others who chose to come. There were several who attended and stood in line to exchange hugs and well wishes for Taylor and his family. Mayor Taylor’s wife, Jennie and their children were also there.
Additionally, Brent Chugg who will be filling in for Mayor Taylor while he is away, for these next 12 months to Afghanistan, stood in line to greet everyone. Chugg has been a long-time resident of North Ogden. He is retired now and is able to devote the time needed to be North Ogden’s Mayor for the year ahead.
I was thankful to be in attendance, along with my parents, Lynn and Cheryl Humphreys, to see Mayor Taylor. It is an honor to know him and his wonderful family.
