Historic 25th Street Farmers and Art Market: Roby Kap

 

If you haven't been to Ogden's Historic 25th Street Farmers and Arts Market, get out of bed or off the couch each Saturday morning from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. Come on down to eat from one of the tempting breakfast vendors with great food from unique locally owned restaurants. You will find fresh breads, scones, fresh cut flowers, nuts, candies, collectible local art, and antiques. Select from produce sold by local growers, picked fresh every morning. With all the great produce, eclectic artists and the wide variety of musical performances, you won't want to miss a Saturday.

Historic Church Tour: Downtown Ogden

 

The Good Shepherd Episcopal Church historic sanctuary was built in 1874 and is said to be the oldest building in continuous use in Ogden. It is located downtown, and the original building is listed on the National Register of historic places. To celebrate the 140th anniversary, the church is open for tours on September 6. 30 minute tours of the historic building for the public starting at 11am, 11:30am, 12:00pm and 12:30pm in the courtyard by the Grant Avenue entrance. Tours are free of charge and do not require an advance reservation.
