(San Francisco, CA) - Today, Lincoln Labs, the premier conservative and libertarian technology thought leadership group, announced additional marquee participants for its upcoming conference - Reboot Congress, to be held in Washington, DC February 11-12, 2015 at the US Chamber of Commerce.

In addition to Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) and Senator Jerry Moran (R-KS), Senate Pro Tempore Orrin Hatch (R-UT) and House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (CA-23) will deliver keynote remarks over the course of the two-day conference.

“I could not be more pleased that so many Members of Congress and other leaders in the political and technology worlds have chosen to share their thoughts on the technology industry and the issues we face,” said Garrett Johnson, co-founder of Lincoln Labs. “One of our goals is to hear from voices across the technology spectrum and to foster substantive discussion and debate about one of the most important vital sectors of our economy.”

"We have a real opportunity this Congress to advance policies that will foster innovation and allow the American technology sector to thrive,” said Senator Hatch. “As Chairman of the Senate Republican High-Tech Task Force, I will prioritize legislation that encourages research and development and helps unleash our nation’s creative forces.  I look forward to sharing my vision next month at Reboot Congress 2015.”

“Coming from California, I have seen the positive impact technology has on our economy and our daily lives. The tech world is dynamic, it improves people’s lives,” said Leader McCarthy. “And it was created by people who had the freedom and opportunity to explore their biggest dreams. Frankly, we could use more of that spirit in Washington, and I look forward to even more collaboration between technology groups and Washington to help bring government into the 21st century.”
