PUBLIC HEARINGS
The North Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah.
The hearing will be held to receive comments to rezone the property located approximately at 2450 N 500 E from Residential R-2 to Legacy Planned Residential Unit Development (PRUD) for the purpose of constructing a subdivision; and to amend ordinance 11-7C-3-6 to reduce the rear setback from 20feet to 18feet.
