9 Consideration for adoption of Resolution 02-2015 of the Board of Trustees of Weber Fire District, Utah approving and authorizing the execution of new bank signature cards necessary as a result of changes within the Weber Fire District; authorizing the Chairman of the Board of Trustees to sign any and all documents that may be necessary to give effect to the intent of this resolution; and providing for an effective date.
